Whitetail Lodge is open! To register for your visit please click on the link below, then fill out the form and send it our way. The cost for staying at Whitetail Lodge is $50 per night, per bedroom suite. This fee covers the cost of all counseling sessions, a gourmet breakfast, and the use of all the amenities available at Whitetail Lodge. We DO have scholarships available for people in need. If you are interested in receiving a scholarship please contact us at 320-310-8877. We will do ALL that we can to help you with the financial aspect of your stay.

Once you have filled out the registration form send it via email (you can scan your finished document and email it that way), OR send your registration to SAM via regular mail at the following address:

You will need to include the first night's fee with your registration. If you email your registration you will also need to mail your first night's fee immediately. All registrations are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will contact you as soon as we get your registration and fee. We will also send you further information regarding your stay.
